About this course
دورة ممتعة ومنظمة: في كل درس مشروع صغير يكمله الطفل بنفسه، ويتعلم من خلاله فكرة برمجية واحدة: التسلسل، الأحداث، التكرار، الشرط، المتغيرات، الرسائل. تنتهي الدورة بلعبة من تصميم الطفل يعرضها على أسرته.
Estimated duration: 20 hours: 6 modules, 20 lessons of ≈ 50 min + capstone

What you will learn
- Navigate the Scratch editor (stage, sprites, backdrops, block palette, code area) and save/load a project
- Build a correct sequence of motion and looks blocks, using x/y coordinates and costumes
- Start scripts with events and repeat actions with loops (repeat, forever)
- Make decisions with conditionals (if, if … else) and sensing blocks
- Use variables and operators (score, timer, random numbers, comparisons)
- Coordinate sprites with broadcast messages and user input (keys, ask/answer)
- Design, test and debug a small game, and share it safely
Who it is for: children new to programming; their guardians (home activities)
Prerequisites: none (mouse use, reading simple Arabic instructions)
